We had a fantastic time touring Star Island! The ferry was clean and efficient, with a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from. Our tour guide Peggy was very knowledgeable, and gave us interesting information while on the boat, and on the island. Star Island is a beautiful place, and now I’m inspired to come back someday to stay at the Oceanic Hotel. This trip is not just for tourists! I’d recommend locals go too! There is so much interesting history to learn, and things to see! The one thing I wish is that we had more time on the island! It’s an hour ride out, an hour to site see, then an hour back to Portsmouth.

Took tour out to Isles of Shoals with 1 hr walking tour on Star Isle...was definitely worth it! Plenty of history on ride out to Isles of Shoals, Star Isle is rich in history and such a beautiful place! Could have spent all day looking out over the water!

Had an incredible time on my wife & daughters surprise date night during the sunset cruise 🛳 this past weekend. Live music and lots of 💃 🕺with my two beautiful ladies, amazing views and the staff were super friendly and made sure we had a blast! They even let me 2.5 year old toot the horn a few times, which absolutely made her night. Thanks for the memories, we'll be back for more!

Nice island. There is even a tour. You can also walk around on your own. On the way over and back you get a narration of the history of the area

The weather was great so the waters were calm. Very interesting information was spoken throughout the trip. Plenty of places to sit from on top to below and even some inside seating.

First time visit. This was definitely worth the money. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, and super knowledgeable. About an hour ride through the harbor and then out to Star Island. Went with locals, who have lived here all their lives, and never went on this cruise before. They even learned some new information. 😉 Great opportunities for pictures. Only wish we could have stayed a little longer on Star Island (about an hour). Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about Portsmouth or just to enjoy an afternoon in the salty air.
